• Account data: your email address, and (if you sign in with Apple or Google) your name and profile photo.
• Content you create and choose to process: the text and handwriting in your notes, drawings, photos and scanned documents, voice recordings, and other materials you add to the app.
• Usage and analytics data about how you interact with the app (e.g. features used, device and app version).
• Contact information you provide when you message us or sign up for updates.

3. How We Collect Data

We collect data in the following ways:

• Directly from you when you create an account, write or import notes, take or upload photos, record voice notes, or contact us.
• Automatically through analytics tools when you use the app.
• From your device’s camera, microphone, and photo library — only after you grant the relevant iOS permission.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate the app, including the AI features you choose to use (e.g. quizzes, flashcards, summaries, handwriting recognition, voice transcription, audiobooks, and voice chat).
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Communicate with you, including about updates and support.
• Maintain, improve, and develop our products.

5. Third-Party AI Services

Some features are powered by third-party AI providers. When — and only when — you actively use an AI feature, the content needed for that feature (for example, the notes, handwriting, photos, or voice recordings you choose to process) is sent to the provider listed below to generate the result. We ask for your explicit, in-app consent before any content is shared with these providers, and you can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings (after which no further data is sent). These providers process the data only to deliver the requested feature, do not use it to train their models, and are bound by contractual and technical safeguards that provide a level of data protection equivalent to the protection described in this policy. 6. Data Storage and Security

Your account and content are stored using Google Firebase (authentication, database, and file storage). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including protection against unauthorized access.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Delete your data (you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app)
• Withdraw your consent to AI data sharing at any time
• Restrict processing
